Refund policy
All ComPotte products are handmade, and variations in glaze, color, and shape are considered inherent characteristics of the work. For this reason, **we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.**
However, we will offer a return or refund in the following cases:

If the item delivered differs from your order, please contact us as soon as possible at **Hello@digraph.jp** with photos of the item received.
We will arrange an exchange for the correct item or issue a refund.

■ **If the item was damaged or defective during transit**
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you discover any damage or defects, contact us with photos.
After confirming the situation, we will offer an exchange or refund.

■ **EU 14-day cooling-off period**
For orders shipped within the EU, customers have the legal right to return items within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as an order number) is required.

■ **Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **10 business days**.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. If the refund does not appear after the expected period, please contact us.
